Ortodoncia Tres Torres, S.L.P. has committed to making its website accessible in accordance with Royal Decree 1112/2018, of September 7, on accessibility of websites and applications for mobile devices, published in the Official State Gazette on September 19, 2018. This Royal Decree transposes Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
The European Directive is based on the standard EN 301 549 “Accessibility requirements for ICT products and services” and this, in turn, is an adaptation of the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1).

Application procedure

The claim procedure is the one contained in article 13 of Royal Decree 1112/2018, it will enter into force on September 20, 2020.

If, once a request for accessible information or complaint has been made, it has been rejected, the decision is not agreed, or the response does not meet the requirements set forth in article 12.5, the person concerned may initiate a claim. Likewise, a claim may be initiated in the event that the period of twenty business days has elapsed without having obtained a response.
